Get help from support or no refund
We offer refunds if you have contacted support through our Discord server's ticket system within the first 6 hours and only if our support team have tried everything to get the product working on your system. You may not get a refund if you have not contacted support via tickets in our Discord server within the first 6 hours of your purchase. You may not get a refund if the product is working on your system or if you have not followed all the support team's instructions (after asking for help).
No sharing keys
You may not share your key to others. Your key is HWID locked to your system's HWID. You may get a HWID reset from the support team if you have a valid reason.
No sharing the program
Sharing the program is strictly prohibited. If other customer asks you for the program you must deny their request, tell them to ask for their role on our Discord server, and you should immediately inform Eggsterant or SKYMM that someone is trying to get the program from other customers.
